You'll also handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and other departments to resolve data discrepancies and gather further information when necessary. Moreover, you will provide general administrative support as required. Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional qualifications in office administration or related fields being advantageous. Preferred candidates have experience in data entry or administrative roles, demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and are familiar with database management systems. An excellent typing speed and accuracy, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, effective time management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are also crucial.
